"slowfood" was the basic idea in the planning of our village economy! Therefore, almost all products have been purchased directly from the producer or farmer. We do without finished products and select all food ourselves, according to the motto "means to live". Even in this small village there are eggs, pigs, cattle, calves, game, fish, milk and excellent water.
